YNW Melly<\/span><\/p>\n Family of His Alleged Murder Victim \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n \u2018100% Support\u2019 for Death Penalty <\/span><\/p>\n 6\/2\/2019 12:40 AM PDT<\/p>\n EXCLUSIVE<\/span><\/p>\n If YNW Melly<\/strong>\u00a0is convicted of murder, he deserves to die \u2026 according to the family of one of his alleged victims \u2014 a stance they\u2019re taking despite previously having a close relationship with the rapper.<\/p>\n Melly remains jailed in South Florida as he awaits trial in his double murder case, and prosecutors have already said they will seek the death penalty.<\/p>\n That sits just fine with the family of\u00a0Anthony Williams<\/strong>. His family tells TMZ, through their attorneys at Steinger, Greene & Feiner \u2026 \u201cIf the state of Florida feels the death penalty is warranted in this case then we 100% fully support it.\u201d<\/p>\n It\u2019s a tragically complicated case for the Williams family. As we first told you, Anthony\u2019s family treated Melly like he was one of them, and even opened their home to him. You can see in Melly\u2019s mug shot \u2026 the name \u201cJana\u201d is tattooed on his neck<\/strong><\/a> in honor of Anthony\u2019s mother.<\/p>\n Still, the Williams family\u2019s attorneys add \u2026 \u201cYNW Melly should feel the exact fear and panic he so viciously and consciously brought upon his innocent victims.\u201d<\/p>\n TMZ broke the story \u2026 the state of Florida says it has\u00a0proof beyond a reasonable<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0doubt Melly and\u00a0Cortlen Henry<\/strong>\u00a0shot and killed<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Anthony and another man,\u00a0Christopher Thomas Jr.<\/strong><\/p>\n Melly and Henry have both been charged with 2 counts of first-degree murder.<\/p>\n As we reported \u2026 YNW thinks it\u2019s unfair he\u2019s stuck in a jail cell<\/strong><\/a> awaiting trial, because he voluntarily surrendered after getting word he was facing capital murder charges.
