\u201cAmerica\u2019s Got Talent<\/strong>\u201d is not going to get in the way of Kodi Lee<\/strong> entertaining folks in his hometown, because producers know that\u2019s what helped make him a star \u2026 and he\u2019s still gotta make a living.<\/p>\n

Production sources at \u2018AGT\u2019 tell TMZ \u2026 there\u2019s nothing in his contract keeping the 22-year-old from performing local shows in Southern California, even though he was awarded the \u201cgolden buzzer\u201d pass from Gabrielle Union<\/strong><\/a> to ensure his spot in the competition\u2019s live shows.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re told as long as Kodi shows up for his scheduled \u2018AGT\u2019 events and filming dates \u2014 and isn\u2019t intentionally seeking press for an unfair advantage \u2014 he\u2019s free to perform any previously scheduled live concerts and gigs.<\/p>\n

As one source put it \u2026 many \u2018AGT\u2019 contestants make a living off their art, so it wouldn\u2019t be right for the show to keep them from that.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Owners of 2 separate venues in Riverside County tell us Kodi\u2019s scheduled performances have fans in a frenzy, and fortunately, the Old Town Blues Club will have doubled its seating capacity for its July 6 show featuring Lee.<\/p>\n

As for \u2018AGT\u2019 \u2026 since Kodi\u2019s already advanced past the auditions stage, he won\u2019t be back on stage until the live shows kick off in August.<\/p>\n
