Fergie filed divorce docs Friday in Pasadena, and no one could call it a rash move. The exes have been apart publicly since September 2017 \u2026 when they announced they were breaking up. In a joint statement, they said they\u2019d actually been separated since earlier in 2017.<\/p>\n

However, neither made a move divorce-wise \u2026 until now.<\/p>\n

The singer and actor have one child together \u2026 their son Axl, who is 5 years old now.<\/p>\n

\"DaxThey\u2019d been married for 8 years before announcing their break-up \u2014 and they had started dating in 2004.<\/p>\n

\"Entertainers\"Josh has been dating pretty openly<\/strong><\/a>. In the last year, he\u2019s been seen out with Rebekah Graf<\/strong>, Eiza Gonzalez<\/strong> \u2026 and just this week he was at Nobu in Malibu with a mystery brunette.<\/p>\n

Late last year, Josh was on Dax Shepard<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s podcast when he said he wanted more kids\u00a0and was looking to date someone young enough to make that a reality.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
