The lawsuit includes photos of his banged-up ride \u2026 as well as the innocent tree that got jacked up.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"car wreck\" alt=\"car wreck\" src=\"https:\/\/etrafficlane.com\/newline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/1559328901_701_039Aladdin039-Star-Mena-Massoud-Suing-Tesla-Over-Car-Crash.jpg\" \/>Mena, who\u2019s hired attorney Kevin K. Javidzad at Colony Law, says he suffered personal injuries and his Model 3 was totaled.
