\"atlanta\"Lil Durk<\/strong>\u00a0is a wanted man in Atlanta, because a warrant has been issued for his arrest \u2026 and we\u2019re told it\u2019s in connection with a shooting.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Atlanta Police Department tells TMZ \u2026 cops have obtained arrest warrants for Lil Durk, but the rapper is not yet in police custody.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement sources tell us cops want to bring Lil Durk in to book him on 5 FELONY charges \u2026 including criminal intent to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and another charge of associating with a criminal street gang to participate in a crime.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lil Durk \u2014 government name Durk Banks \u2014 went on Instagram Wednesday night and said he\u2019s turning himself into police on Thursday \u2026 but he hasn\u2019t done so yet.<\/p>\n

As for the shooting, it\u2019s all detailed in a police report \u2026 cops say officers responded to reports of a person shot around 5:45 AM Feb. 5 at a restaurant called The Varsity, where they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Police say they recovered 13 shell casings from a rifle and pistol at the scene and found a firearm.\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to cops, the shooting victim was rushed to a hospital and underwent surgery \u2026 and we\u2019re told he survived.<\/p>\n

Cops say they spoke to 2 witnesses and were told the victim appeared to be in a verbal dispute with an unknown black male before the shooting. Police say they\u2019ve reviewed surveillance footage, and are still investigating.\u00a0<\/p>\n
