Kelly<\/span><\/p>\n Grand Jury Hears Alleged Victims \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n He Flew Us In for Sex <\/span><\/p>\n 5\/30\/2019 1:00 AM PDT<\/p>\n EXCLUSIVE<\/span><\/p>\n Sources directly connected to the case tell TMZ \u2026 numerous witnesses testified before the grand jury Wednesday, claiming Kelly\u2019s team secured travel at the singer\u2019s direction to move them across state lines for sexual purposes while they were underage.\u00a0<\/p>\n And, we\u2019re told, the grand jury is also hearing testimony that could lead to obstruction of justice indictments. One of the alleged victims testified Kelly\u2019s team paid off witnesses to NOT testify in the 2008 trial \u2026 where Kelly was acquitted of child pornography charges<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n The grand jury is keying into allegations Kelly and his team attempted to impact the outcome of the 2008 trial through witness intimidation and threats of bodily harm.\u00a0<\/p>\n The grand jury testimony also revealed that witnesses in the 2008 case were allegedly sent on vacation when the trial was underway so they wouldn\u2019t be available to testify. The witnesses say Kelly\u2019s team secured the 2008 witnesses\u2019 travel.<\/p>\n As we\u2019ve reported \u2026 prosecutors in the Northern District of Illinois are building a case<\/strong><\/a> against Kelly, which is separate from 2 other probes<\/strong><\/a> currently underway in New York.<\/p>\n We\u2019ve reached out to a spokesperson for the Northern District of Illinois, who declined comment.<\/p>\n R.
