The first thing you need to do is go and find companies.<\/p>\n
Everyone thinks oh I need to buy this course, or this service that teaches me how to create an agency.<\/p>\n
Yo don\u2019t need to do any of that.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ll break it down in the most simplistic fashion:<\/p>\n
You go online and find companies that you can help.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s the first step.<\/p>\n
And it\u2019s as simple as going to site like Crunchbase and looking for all the venture-funded companies.<\/p>\n
If someone raised a lot of money, what does that mean?<\/p>\n
They got to spend it.<\/p>\n
And they got to spend it on people like you who can help them grow their traffic and sales.<\/p>\n
Now you may be like, hmmm, I don\u2019t have a lot of experience.<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t have a lot of case studies.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m not going to be able to get a lot of these customers.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ll teach you how to do that as well.<\/p>\n
Step two.<\/p>\n
Now that you found a list of companies that you can potentially help, I want you to go through their website and really look at it and be like, what can you do to help em?<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t just say oh I can help em with their SEO, I can help them with their paid ads.<\/p>\n
I want you to really break down everything that they\u2019re doing wrong and how to fix it, like line item by line item.<\/p>\n
The more detailed you are, the better off you\u2019re going to be.<\/p>\n
If you don\u2019t get detail, this isn\u2019t going to work.<\/p>\n
Step three, Eliminate all of the companies on that list that you can\u2019t provide enough feedback for.<\/p>\n
If you can\u2019t provide pages and pages of feedback, you\u2019re not going to do well.<\/p>\n
You need to break all of that down, so then that way, people can get all of that insight.<\/p>\n
When they get that insight, they\u2019re much more likely to hire you.<\/p>\n
They want the meat, they want the guts.<\/p>\n
The next step, I want you to email the CEO, the founder of that company, the head of marketing, your sheet breaking down everything that they\u2019re doing wrong.<\/p>\n
And at the end, even tell em, sorry to be blunt, I just want to help you grow.<\/p>\n

If you send out five of those emails, you\u2019ll get one to two customers like clockwork.<\/p>\n

If they haven\u2019t raised at least one to two million dollars, you\u2019re wasting your time emailing them.<\/p>\n
Also on that note, when you\u2019re emailing them, you need to keep following up as well.<\/p>\n
In many cases, I\u2019ll email them, I\u2019ll text them, I\u2019ll call em.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ll do whatever it takes to make sure that they read and see that document.<\/p>\n
And you\u2019ll find that some people will be offended, some people will like you, and some people will hire you.<\/p>\n
But it really is one to two out of five will hire you as long as you\u2019re sending out really thorough emails.<\/p>\n
The email doesn\u2019t have to be pretty, doesn\u2019t have to have all these crazy cool graphics.<\/p>\n
It can just be basic emails breaking down what they\u2019re doing wrong, how to fix it.<\/p>\n
And when you lay it out step by step, where they can do it without even hiring you, they\u2019re more likely to hire you because they\u2019re like, oh, you\u2019ll send me everything.<\/p>\n
I trust him.<\/p>\n
I can see his game plan.<\/p>\n
Why not just hire him?<\/p>\n
I\u2019m strapped for time.<\/p>\n
Because the moment someone raises venture capital, they got to move fast.<\/p>\n
And that\u2019s your advantage.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s how you create a digital marketing agency and get your first few clients and get over $10,000 a month in income.<\/p>\n
