\"attorney\"Remy Ma<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s been hit with a new criminal complaint for allegedly punching Brittney Taylor<\/strong> \u2026 and there are some very significant updates.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors filed 4 charges against the rapper Friday \u2014 2 counts of assault in the third degree, 1 count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, and 1 count of harassment in the second degree \u2026 all of which are misdemeanors.<\/p>\n

The charges stem from an incident in April, in which Remy allegedly punched<\/strong><\/a> the \u201cLove & Hip Hop: New York\u201d star in the right eye while backstage at\u00a0the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert at Irving Plaza in NYC. She was initially booked for misdemeanor assault after turning herself in \u2026 but prosecutors have now made the multiple charges official.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what\u2019s interesting \u2026 Remy\u2019s attorney, Dawn Florio<\/strong>, tells TMZ that prosecutors have updated the time in which they claim the attack went down, from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM. We\u2019re told they have video of Remy arriving at the venue around that time, but it doesn\u2019t show the alleged attack.<\/p>\n

The timing is important because, as we told you \u2026 Remy claimed she had visual proof<\/strong><\/a> she was nowhere near the venue or Taylor at the time she was accused of punching her, which was 9:30. Now that\u2019s been updated to an hour later to match up with the rapper being present at the concert.<\/p>\n

Though she\u2019s facing 4 charges, we\u2019re told Remy has been offered a deal to plead guilty to just the top charge \u2014 assault in the third degree \u2014 and the rest will be dropped. She\u2019d also have to enter a long-term anger management program.<\/p>\n

So far, Remy hasn\u2019t taken the deal \u2026 the case is set for trial in July.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
