href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/person\/cardi-b\/\"><strong>Cardi B<\/strong><\/a> apparently wants in on the television biz, because she\u2019s just filed legal docs staking her claim.<\/p>\n<p>Cardi wants to own the name, \u201cBocktails with Cardi B\u201d \u2014 in case you didn\u2019t know, bocktails is a play on\u00a0 cocktails.<\/p>\n<p>As for the premise, according to the trademark documents, she\u2019s laying claim to \u201centertainment services in the nature of providing ongoing episodes for distribution via television and the Internet featuring celebrities and artists.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>From the name, it sounds a lot like \u201cWatch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She wants more than a show with the name, \u201cBocktails with Cardi B.\u201d She\u2019s asking for exclusivity on clothing, including shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hooded sweatshirts, hats, caps, footwear, skirts, dresses, blouses, sweaters, pants and shorts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And, there\u2019s more \u2026 she wants to use the name for \u201calcoholic beverages, except beer and beverages containing beer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Something against
