Mel B<\/span><\/p>\n Lotta Fake News About My Eyes<\/span><\/p>\n \u2026 I\u2019m Not OKAY, But Getting Better<\/span><\/p>\n 5\/21\/2019 6:36 AM PDT<\/p>\n Mel B<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s eye problems are a lot scarier than some media folks are reporting, so she\u2019s setting the record straight \u2026 and searching for a cool eye patch.<\/p>\n Scary Spice says she had an awful experience last week \u2014 she went blind in her right eye and her left eye went blurry. She was freaked out and in a lot of pain so she went to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with severe iritis in her right eye and uveitis in her left.<\/p>\n This contradicts reports saying Mel B was doing fine and this has happened many times before \u2026 due to her eye herpes. Mel says those reports are total BS, and the press \u201cneeds to get there [sic] silly facts right big time.\u201d She doesn\u2019t specifically address the eye herpes element in the report.\u00a0<\/p>\n The Spice Girl claims this has never ever happened to her before, but the good news is the eye specialists she went to have it under control and she\u2019s no longer worried things might get worse.<\/p>\n She says she\u2019s now on meds and got heavy duty drops to heal her eyes, but she\u2019ll still be dealing with it for the next 3 or 4 months \u2026 which means it\u2019ll be an issue on the upcoming Spice Girls reunion tour.<\/p>\n The tour\u2019s set to kick off Friday in Dublin, so Mel says she needs to find a \u201cvery cool Scary eye patch.\u201d She\u2019s asking for help on that too \u2026 but not from Madonna<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<\/h5>\n
