\"courtNipsey Hussle<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s daughter, Emani, will not go back to her mother \u2026 and the mother is livid.<\/p>\n

Tanisha Foster<\/strong> was in court Monday, trying to regain custody of her 10-year-old girl. Emani has been living with Nispey\u2019s sister, Samantha<\/strong>, since his death last March.<\/p>\n

Nipsey\u2019s family was in court and squared off with Tanisha, whom they believe is not fit to care for Emani. The hearing was sealed \u2026 but there\u2019s another date scheduled in July.<\/p>\n

Tanisha\u2019s lawyer, Larry Lewellyn, tells TMZ he\u2019s working with Nipsey\u2019s family on a visitation schedule that will be in Emani\u2019s best interest.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As for Tanisha \u2026 she left the courtroom crying and told us she\u2019s \u201cpissed off.\u201d<\/p>\n

We broke the story \u2026 Samantha believes Emani\u2019s biological mother is unfit to care for the 10-year-old, and Samantha played a crucial role in helping raise her when Nipsey was alive. Samantha wrote in her petition<\/strong><\/a> that she wants to \u201censure the continued stability for Emani and ensure that she will be able to maintain her current and ongoing relationship\u201d with her fam.<\/p>\n

Emani\u2019s mother, Tanisha, broke down crying<\/strong><\/a> in court last week, saying she hadn\u2019t seen her daughter in months. At the time, the judge gave them about 20 minutes alone together.<\/p>\n

\"Emani\"Still \u2026 Nipsey\u2019s sister might have a strong case in asking for guardianship. Tanisha has a warrant<\/strong><\/a> out for her arrest right now, relating to an unsettled DUI case in 2017. She\u2019s also got a lengthy rap sheet filled with arrests dating back to 2006 and 2007.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Nipsey has another child with Lauren London<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 a son named Kross \u2014 but he\u2019s obviously staying with his mom. No issues there.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
