\"Albums\"Gucci Mane<\/strong><\/a> is not goin\u2019 up North for a series of concerts after all \u2026 at least not for a few more months.<\/p>\n

The rapper\u2019s postponed his \u2018Live in Canada\u2019 tour \u2014 which had 10 stops scheduled in May \u2014 because he wants to bring a bigger and better show to his fans than he had in the bag \u2026 according to his rep.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re told Gucci and the promotion company he\u2019s working with are planning for early September to make up the shows, and he\u2019ll be more equipped to give his fans what they deserve \u2026 because he\u2019s currently working on a new album.<\/p>\n

Our sources say the September tour will still include stops in the big Canadian cities \u2014 like Ottawa, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver \u2014 and will hopefully add Toronto as well \u2026 which wasn\u2019t scheduled in May.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

We broke the story \u2026 the rapper had to obtain a temporary resident permit<\/strong><\/a> to enter Canada for his tour, which was no small feat, considering his long rap sheet<\/strong><\/a> and the country\u2019s tough stance on folks with prior convictions.<\/p>\n

Gucci made it happen though, and his rep says his paperwork is still in good order and will be through September \u2026 so he won\u2019t have to worry about it when it\u2019s time to take the stage.<\/p>\n

As for the 10 venues where Gucci was supposed to perform this month \u2026 tickets are being refunded due to the postponement.<\/p>\n
