\"attorney\"Kodak Black<\/strong><\/a> is a danger to society and needs to be kept behind bars \u2026 so say federal prosecutors who indicted him.<\/p>\n

According to new legal docs \u2026 the rapper\u2019s criminal history \u2014 which typically involves firearms and drugs \u2014 is a huge flag \u2026 and prosecutors say he\u2019s never complied with the conditions of his probation in the past, so he\u2019ll do it again if he\u2019s released on bail.<\/p>\n

They say Kodak\u2019s pattern of behavior is \u201cto be arrested, get released, get arrested, get released, get arrested, get released, and so on and so on.\u201d<\/p>\n

The docs point out that Kodak\u2019s crimes<\/strong><\/a> have also been \u201csubstantial and violent\u201d \u2026 including an armed carjacking and robbery in 2012 and possession of a weapon and fleeing police in 2016. They also tie him to a shooting in March.<\/p>\n

Federal prosecutors argue there\u2019s no reason to believe Kodak can be trusted on the streets while he awaits trial for his latest case.<\/p>\n

However, his attorney, Bradford Cohen, believes differently \u2026 telling us, \u201cIf they were in such fear for the community as its being alleged, why didn\u2019t they pick him up soon after he filled out the paperwork in January? That\u2019s what this charge is about, paperwork, a non-violent crime.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

As we reported \u2026 the rapper was arrested at Rolling Loud<\/strong><\/a> last weekend for allegedly lying on 2 gun applications<\/strong><\/a>. He\u2019s also in the middle of a criminal case for allegedly sexually assaulting<\/strong><\/a> a teenage girl in 2016.<\/p>\n

The judge has yet to rule on Kodak\u2019s bail.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
