Here\u2019s A-Rod<\/strong><\/a> talking about how he and J Lo<\/strong><\/a> have gone to multiple strip clubs together and spent thousands on dancers \u2026 but he SWEARS it had nothing to do with getting freaky.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It was all for \u201cresearch\u201d \u2026 and Alex says it was the BEST work he\u2019s ever done!<\/p>\n

Of course, Lopez is starring<\/strong><\/a> in the upcoming stripper flick \u201cHustlers<\/strong>\u201d \u2014 and Alex told the guys on \u201cThe Breakfast Club<\/strong>\u201d he was more than happy to help Jen get ready for the role.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was out in L.A. She\u2019s in New York. She says, \u2018Baby, I\u2019m going to the strip club.\u2019 I said, \u2018WHOA!! I\u2019ll be there on Thursday. We can go Thursday and Friday,’\u201d Alex said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, it\u2019s part of due diligence, right?\u201d<\/p>\n

Alex says Lopez was a total pro \u2014 and tried to learn everything she could about dancers \u2026 but Alex says he\u2019s kind of an expert when it comes to the booty club.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cShe read and read and read [about strippers] \u2026 I said, \u2018Baby, stop reading and just ask me. I got the info!’\u201d<\/p>\n

Alex says he almost knew \u201ctoo much\u201d about the stripper world \u2014 \u201cwhich was kind of scary.\u201d<\/p>\n

Inside the clubs, Alex says the couple would pay THOUSANDS to women \u2026 not to dance, but to talk.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cWe sat down with the girls, and we literally just interrogate them, ask them questions. Then, we would hit \u2019em up with $400 or $500 or $600. We weren\u2019t there for dancing, we were literally there for work.\u201d<\/p>\n
