Harvey Weinstein Accuser<\/span><\/p>\n Paz de la Huerta Rushed to Hospital<\/span><\/p>\n 5\/5\/2019 5:25 PM PDT<\/p>\n EXCLUSIVE<\/span><\/p>\n Paz de la Huerta<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 one of Harvey Weinstein<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s accusers \u2014 was hospitalized Sunday after she allegedly locked herself in a room \u2026 TMZ has learned.<\/p>\n Law enforcement sources tell us the actress was rushed from an Upper West Side building to an area hospital around late afternoon after a third party called 911 to report \u201can emotionally disturbed person\u201d who needed help. We\u2019re told that person was Paz.<\/p>\n According to our sources, the 911 caller said Paz had locked herself in a bedroom and wanted NYPD to respond so she could get medical attention.\u00a0<\/p>\n We\u2019re told cops and EMS responded quickly and transported Paz to a nearby hospital for treatment. It\u2019s unclear what her condition is at this point, or what exactly led up to the episode \u2014 but we\u2019re working on getting further details.<\/p>\n Paz is one of several women who\u2019ve accused the disgraced movie producer of sexual harassment and sexual assault. She filed a lawsuit<\/strong><\/a> against him claiming that he sexually assaulted her on two different occasions in 2010 \u2014 with one of those times resulting in an alleged rape.<\/p>\n Of course, Weinstein is facing criminal charges<\/strong><\/a> related to other allegations of sexual assault in NYC \u2014 not related to Paz\u2019s claims.
