\"attorney\"The visual evidence\u00a0Remy Ma<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0has for prosecutors in her assault case is so cut and dry, she knows they\u2019ll have no choice but to drop it \u2026 so says her lawyer.<\/p>\n

The rapper\u2019s attorney, Dawn Florio<\/strong>, tells TMZ \u2026 Remy has security cameras installed in her house that show she was there at 9:30 PM on April 16 \u2014 the same time \u201cLove & Hip Hop: New York\u201d star Brittney Taylor<\/strong> claims Remy punched her backstage during a concert at NYC\u2019s Irving Plaza.<\/p>\n

We already knew this, but according to Florio \u2026 prosecutors were \u201cdumbfounded\u201d in court this week when Remy\u2019s side claimed to have evidence to support she was nowhere near the spot of the alleged assault<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Remy\u2019s lawyer\u2019s confident once they review the home security footage, Taylor\u2019s case will be destroyed and Remy will be cleared.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s more \u2014 Florio insists there\u2019s NO surveillance footage from Irving Plaza that backs Taylor\u2019s claim she was assaulted\u00a0in the green room area \u2026 AND Florio says she\u2019s obtained a photo from the night of the alleged assault timestamped hours afterward that shows Brittney with no visible marks on her face.<\/p>\n

Florio also claims after Remy left her house that night, she stopped at Target to pick up some items for her baby and didn\u2019t arrive at Irving Plaza until around 10:45 PM \u2026 15 minutes before she was scheduled to perform at 11.<\/p>\n

We broke the story \u2026 Remy turned herself in<\/strong><\/a> to authorities this week and was booked for misdemeanor assault. Along with the criminal case, Remy could be hit with a lawsuit as well \u2026 because Taylor\u2019s retained a civil attorney.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
