Stevie Wonder<\/strong><\/a> pivoted to what he\u2019s perhaps best-known for \u2014 his \u201cFingertips\u201d \u2014 while chowing down in L.A. \u2026 and it caught a lot of lucky dinner-goers by pleasant surprise.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The legendary musician was dining Saturday night at Skylight Gardens in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, where there was a live gig going on. The mood must\u2019ve struck Stevie, \u2019cause we\u2019re told at one point \u2026 he decided to hop up to get in on the action.<\/p>\n

Stevie opted to play what appears to be something similar to a steel guitar, which lies flat and is plucked using one\u2019s fingers. Whatever it is, he definitely knew how to play it \u2014 go figure, right?<\/p>\n

Eyewitnesses tell us, Stevie and the lead acoustic guitarist went back and forth for an impromptu 35-minute set, playing some of Stevie\u2019s most well-known songs like \u201cMy Cherie Amour,\u201d \u201cSuperstition\u201d \u2026 and even John Lennon<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s \u201cImagine.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

The guitarist, Nelson Cade III<\/strong>, wrote on IG about the experience, saying \u2026 \u201cAn actual life changing moment. I\u2019ve officially been granted the affirmation that every artist desperately craves. It was just a Friday night doing what I love, then it turned into a night I\u2019ll always remember.\u201d<\/p>\n

We\u2019re told the rest of the dinner guests were in awe of the performance, and a lot of \u2019em stuck around afterward to take pics with Stevie. Of course, Stevie obliged.\u00a0<\/p>\n
