\"Akron\"Peabo Bryson<\/strong><\/a> remains hospitalized since suffering a heart attack \u2014 though his condition is improving \u2014 and has had to cancel several concerts as a result.\u00a0<\/p>\n

TMZ broke the story \u2026 Peabo was at his Georgia home in the early hours of Saturday morning when he suffered a mild heart attack<\/strong><\/a>. The singer was quickly stabilized and doctors were hopeful that he\u2019d make a speedy recovery.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Peabo is still in the hospital, though a rep for Bryson tells us he is on his way to making a full recovery.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re told Bryson has had to cancel the following shows in order to rest and focus on his health.<\/p>\n

May 3-4 \u2014 Akron, Ohio<\/p>\n

May 10 \u2014 Hammond, Indiana<\/p>\n

May 12-13 \u2014 Orlando, Florida<\/p>\n

May 16 \u2014 Greenville, South Carolina<\/p>\n

May 25 \u2014 Bethesda, Maryland<\/p>\n

Peabo\u2019s rep continues, \u201cMr. Bryson is still listed in stable condition and is improving, rapidly. The family extends their deepest gratitude and appreciation to friends and fans for the outpouring of love and support expressed throughout this experience.\u201d<\/p>\n
