Toni Braxton<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s niece has died in Maryland \u2026 TMZ has learned.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lauren Braxton<\/strong> \u2014 the daughter of Toni\u2019s younger brother, Michael Conrad Braxton Jr.<\/strong> \u2014\u00a0\ufeffdied Monday \u2026 according to her father, who tells us her death was related to a heart condition.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Law enforcement tells TMZ \u2026 they received a 911 call around noon on Monday, and Lauren \u2014 who went by the nickname LoLo \u2014 was unresponsive when they arrived. She was pronounced dead by paramedics.<\/p>\n

Michael \u2014 who is a Maryland native \u2014 is the only son of the Braxton siblings. He and Toni are the elder siblings to\u00a0Traci<\/strong><\/a>, Towanda<\/strong><\/a>, Trina<\/strong><\/a> and Tamar<\/strong><\/a>. Like most of his sisters, Michael is also a singer and songwriter and he\u2019s appeared on episodes of his sisters\u2019 reality show \u201cBraxton Family Values.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Michael started singing with his sisters in church choirs when they were young.<\/p>\n

His daughter Lauren was 24.<\/p>\n
