href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/person\/offset\/\"><strong>Offset<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s now facing a felony gun possession charge \u2026 the fallout from his arrest last summer in Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors filed 3 charges against the rapper in February, stemming from his July 2018 arrest where <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2018\/07\/20\/offset-arrested-in-georgia-possession-of-guns\/\"><strong>he was pulled over<\/strong><\/a> for allegedly making an improper lane change.<\/p>\n<p>The Clayton County D.A.\u2019s Office tells TMZ \u2026 Offset\u2019s facing a felony charge for firearms possession by a convicted felon, along with misdemeanor charges for marijuana possession and that lane change.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Criminal law\" alt=\"Criminal law\" src=\"https:\/\/etrafficlane.com\/newline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/1556043010_564_Offset-Hit-with-3-Charges-for-2018-Arrest-Including-Felony-Gun-Possession.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The good news for Offset \u2014 a felony charge of possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime was dropped.<\/p>\n<p>He entered a plea of not guilty last month and his next court date is scheduled for May.<\/p>\n<p>We broke the story \u2026 the Migos rapper\u2019s lawyer believes Offset was targeted because he\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2018\/07\/21\/offset-racist-cops-targeted-lawyer-arrested-guns\/\"><strong>rich, successful and black<\/strong><\/a>, and believes the cop\u2019s initial traffic stop was completely bogus.<\/p>\n<p>We reached out to Offset and his legal team \u2026 no word back so far.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a
