Kelly<\/span><\/p>\n Jail Looms \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n After Failing to Pay Child Support <\/span><\/p>\n 4\/16\/2019 11:01 AM PDT<\/p>\n EXCLUSIVE<\/span><\/p>\n Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ \u2026 the singer has missed his last 2 months of child support payments to his ex, Drea Kelly<\/strong>. He\u2019s required to pay $20,833 a month to his ex.<\/p>\n As you know, Kelly was jailed in early March<\/strong><\/a> after racking up a $161,633 delinquency \u2026 this after\u00a0he was arrested<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0on\u00a0sexual abuse charges.<\/p>\n Kelly was released after he cleared the debt after someone\u00a0covered his tab<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>After getting out, Kelly went back to court and asked a judge to lower the $20k amount<\/strong><\/a>, claiming he could no longer afford it.\u00a0 The judge said he\u2019d hear arguments but that won\u2019t happen until May 8. In the meantime, he owes $20k+ a month and it\u2019s clear \u2026 the judge means business.<\/p>\n We broke the story \u2026 Kelly was paid $22k<\/strong><\/a> for a 1-hour nightclub performance in Illinois earlier this month \u2014 which Drea was totally cool with<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2026 asking the media to take it easy on him<\/strong><\/a> while he tries to make some money.
