Kelly <\/span><\/p>\n Feds Turn Up Heat in His Own Backyard <\/span><\/p>\n \u2026 Over Alleged Sex Trafficking<\/span><\/p>\n 4\/14\/2019 12:50 AM PDT<\/p>\n EXCLUSIVE<\/span><\/p>\n Sources close to the case tell TMZ \u2026 federal prosecutors in the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office for the Northern District of Illinois this week contacted parties closely associated with Kelly. We\u2019re told there was a sense of urgency to the calls \u2026 prosecutors wanted to speak to them ASAP.<\/p>\n As you know \u2026 there are\u00a02 separate U.S. Attorney probes<\/a> <\/strong>into Kelly \u2014 one by the Eastern District of NY and another by the Southern District. Our sources tell us the Northern District of Illinois\u2019 investigation is unrelated to either of those other cases. This appears to be a third and entirely separate case that Illinois is building against Kelly.\u00a0<\/p>\n Either way, it\u2019s bad news for him \u2026 the feds are now in Kelly\u2019s own backyard looking into the singer. BTW \u2026\u00a0Homeland Security is also<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0looking into possible human trafficking \u2026 so things are really piling on for Kelly.<\/p>\n We\u2019ve reached out to the Northern District of Illinois for comment \u2026 a spokesperson declined to comment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/h5>\n
