19\u00a0people were injured and police and paramedics were on the scene of a Nipsey Hussle<\/strong><\/a> memorial after a loud noise sent people scrambling.<\/p>\n

Thousands showed up outside Nipsey\u2019s clothing store \u2014 where the rapper was gunned down just a day before. Video from overhead shows the crowd suddenly break into a panic and begin to run from the area. People heard a loud noise that sounded like gunfire \u2026 and it sent everyone scrambling, causing a stampede \u2026 injuring a number of people in the process.<\/p>\n

There was no evidence of shots fired or gunshot wounds.<\/p>\n

\"Crenshaw\"<\/a>The LAPD released a statement saying, \u201cOur men and women are on scene and making every effort to protect everyone in attendance at the Nipsey Hussle vigil. Reports of shots fired at the vigil do not appear to be accurate. We do have injured in the chaos and are attempting to restore order.\u201d<\/p>\n

The statement continues, \u201cWe understand the community is mourning and we feel your loss. We are asking for everyone to follow the officers directions and disperse from the immediate area.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

TMZ broke the story \u2026 Nipsey was murdered<\/strong><\/a> Sunday outside of his clothing store. Video surveillance of the attack shows a man walk up<\/strong><\/a> on the rapper and others before firing multiple shots. The cause of Nipsey\u2019s death is listed as gunshot wounds to the head and torso.<\/p>\n

His killer has not yet been apprehended.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
