\"Chatsworth\"YBN Almighty Jay<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0has reason to smile again \u2026 he just got more good news on the heels of having his stolen chain recovered.<\/p>\n

TMZ\u2019s learned the rapper won\u2019t face any charges in a felony theft case that pegged him as a suspect for allegedly jacking around $80k in cash and jewelry from another rapper. A rep for the L.A. County D.A.\u2019s Office tells TMZ \u2026 it rejected the case because \u201cthe victim wasn\u2019t available.\u201d<\/p>\n

We\u2019re told the D.A. will not refer the case to the City Attorney\u2019s Office \u2026 so Jay\u2019s off the hook.<\/p>\n

As we reported, Jay was filming videos last month in Chatsworth, CA when he and his crew were allegedly caught on video<\/strong><\/a> stealing the loot from\u00a0Skinnyfromthe9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

He ultimately turned himself in after cops named him a suspect, but he strongly denied<\/strong><\/a> he\u2019s the culprit \u2026 telling us, repeatedly, \u201cI didn\u2019t do s**t!\u201d Jay\u2019s vindication in the case comes the day after J Prince<\/strong><\/a> recovered his chain<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2026 with an assist from\u00a0French Montana<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll recall the chain was snatched during a brutal NYC street brawl<\/strong><\/a> that went down over a week ago. Jay\u2019s still recovering from his injuries, which included several\u00a0stab wounds<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
