It sure looks like Spice didn\u2019t appreciate that.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>[youtube https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=cQLZFRBzjWQ?&amp;rel=0&#038;w=728&#038;h=410]<\/p>\n<p>The trailer captures just part of the convo that seems to have sent Spice down the rabbit hole of questioning her \u201clook,\u201d but VH1 released the full thing. The guy, <strong>Von<\/strong>, doesn\u2019t say anything about lightening, but suggests her current image might not work in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>[youtube https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=NnLlYilRVtU&#038;w=728&#038;h=410]<\/p>\n<p>As we reported \u2026 Spice definitely <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2018\/10\/22\/love-hip-hop-atlanta-spice-white-face-music-release\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>went full white face<\/strong><\/a> as part of the rollout for her new mixtape, \u201cBlack Hypocrisy,\u201d which shocked the hell out of everyone and their mothers.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly enough, Spice later said publicly that she had not, in fact, bleached her skin \u2026 and that the photo was aimed at raising awareness of colorism among black people.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s definitely not how the new trailer plays it here, but it sounds like folks will have to tune in to see what really went down.
