Luke Perry<\/span><\/p>\n Death Certificate Reveals Burial in Tennessee<\/span><\/p>\n 3\/13\/2019 8:32 AM PDT<\/p>\n EXCLUSIVE<\/span><\/p>\n Luke Perry<\/a><\/strong>\u2018s death certificate confirms what we already know \u2014 he died as a result of a massive stroke \u2014 and it also reveals his final resting place is in Tennessee.<\/p>\n The document<\/strong><\/a> was released Wednesday and it lists the cause of death as an \u201cischemic cerebrovascular accident\u201d \u2014 a stroke \u2014 that occurred 5 days before his death at 12:44 PM on Monday, March 4.\u00a0<\/p>\n According to the certificate, obtained by TMZ, Luke\u2019s fiancee, Wendy Bauer<\/strong>, is listed as his next of kin, or \u201cinformant.\u201d It also says Luke\u2019s body was transported to Dickson, Tennessee and he was buried there on Monday, March 11.<\/p>\n Luke was a part-time resident of Tennessee, and had owned a farm there since 1995.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n TMZ broke the story \u2014 Luke died in Burbank<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0at St. Joseph\u2019s Hospital, where he\u2019d been since suffering the massive stroke.<\/p>\n As we first reported \u2026 paramedics rushed to Luke\u2019s home in Sherman Oaks on Feb. 27 after he\u00a0suffered the stroke<\/strong><\/a>. He was responsive and talking when EMTs arrived, but his condition deteriorated. Doctors sedated Luke in hopes his body could recover \u2014 but the damage was too extensive and his family made the decision to remove him from life support.\u00a0<\/p>\n Luke was 52.<\/p>\n\n<\/h5>\n
