\"Baltimore\"There\u2019s a new twist in one of the federal investigations into\u00a0R. Kelly<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\ufeff\u2013 a new witness who\u2019s corroborating 2 women\u2019s allegations of sexual misconduct.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Gloria Allred<\/strong><\/a> tells TMZ \u2026 a woman has come forward with details that support the claims\u00a0Latresa Scaff<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Rochelle Washington\u00a0<\/strong>\u2014 Allred\u2019s clients \u2014 made about Kelly attacking them after a Baltimore concert in 1995.<\/p>\n

As we reported, Latresa and Rochelle claim R. Kelly picked them out of the crowd<\/strong><\/a>, plied them with drugs and alcohol, invited them to his hotel room and had sex with Latresa without her consent. Both women were minors at the time.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We\u2019re told the witness \u2014 who is going only by her first name,\u00a0Sabrina <\/strong>\u2014 says she saw Latresa and Rochelle in the hotel lobby the night of the alleged incident. She says she noticed Latresa bent over in pain getting out of the hotel elevator.<\/p>\n

Sabrina says she offered help and when she asked what happened \u2026 they said R. Kelly assaulted Latresa. We\u2019re told Sabrina came forward after seeing Latressa and Rochelle\u2019s recent news conference.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We\u2019re told all 3 women have spoken to the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office for the Eastern District of New York.<\/p>\n

They came together Thursday for an interview with a Maryland reporter, and we\u2019re told Latressa was crying tears of joy due to Sabrina\u2019s support.<\/p>\n
