If Kelly doesn\u2019t settle up with the court by then, he can be hauled off to jail.<\/p>\n Ironically, Kelly ranted and sobbed<\/strong><\/a> to CBS about wanting a relationship with his kids. That interview was taped Tuesday, and we\u2019re told he had not paid at that point.<\/p>\n TMZ broke the story \u2026 Kelly actually owes Drea nearly $200k<\/strong><\/a>, all told, and he\u2019s known since last month he had to pay the minimum amount of $161k by March 6.<\/p>\n Additionally, the D.A. could charge him criminally<\/strong><\/a> for failure to pay the support.
