\"African-AmericanR. Kelly<\/strong><\/a> is on edge and federal investigators don\u2019t want to rock the boat \u2026 so they\u2019ve asked Joycelyn Savage<\/strong>\u2018s family to pull the plug on plans to conduct a welfare check at R. Kelly\u2019s Chicago home.<\/p>\n

Sources involved in the case tell TMZ \u2026 the feds told the attorney for Joycelyn\u2019s parents it would be best to hold off on getting police to knock on R. Kelly\u2019s door again. The reason? We\u2019re told investigators are concerned it could interfere with the ongoing federal probe.<\/p>\n

TMZ broke the story \u2026 Joyceln\u2019s folks wanted to join law enforcement in Chicago for a follow-up visit<\/strong><\/a> to check on her. Our sources say the feds believe R. Kelly is extremely \u201cagitated\u201d after getting arrested, charged with 10 counts<\/strong><\/a> of aggravated sexual abuse, and probed by the feds for possible\u00a0human trafficking violations<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"AzrielYou\u2019ll recall Joycelyn and Azriel Clary<\/strong><\/a> were both in court last weekend supporting R. Kelly during his bail hearing<\/strong><\/a>. However, law enforcement is worried another welfare check \u2014 the last one was in January \u2014 might freak out the women \u2026 who the feds will, obviously, want to interview when the time is right.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re told the family will take the feds\u2019 lead, and stand down on the Chicago trip. They still plan to turn over what they call \u201cphysical evidence<\/strong><\/a>\u201d in the case.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

The Savages\u2019 attorney, Gerald Griggs, had no comment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
