Rejects Felony <\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Crimes\" alt=\"Crimes\" src=\"https:\/\/etrafficlane.com\/newline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/21-Savage-in-the-Clear-After-D.A.-Rejects-Felony-Case-from-Promoter.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/person\/21-savage\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>21 Savage<\/strong><\/a> just got a big break in his deportation case \u2026 the D.A. has rejected the felony case against him involving a concert promoter who claims he took $17,000 without performing.<\/p>\n<p>TMZ broke the story \u2026 21 was booked to play a club gig in Southern Georgia back in 2016. He got the $17k but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2019\/02\/17\/21-savage-bails-gig-felony-warrant-theft-gun-money\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>never performed<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 he wanted the singer who was up before him to get off the stage and, when the DJ refused, 21 bailed. The promoter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2019\/02\/15\/21-savage-felony-warrant-club-gig-money-theft-deportation-ice\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>got a warrant<\/strong><\/a> but never pursued it, until 21 was back in the news after getting arrested by ICE. She then went to the D.A. to jump-start her case.<\/p>\n<p>The D.A. passed it off as a civil matter and rejected the case.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Criminal law\" alt=\"Criminal law\" src=\"https:\/\/etrafficlane.com\/newline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/New-21-Savage-Mug-Shot-for-Felony-Theft-Missed-Concert-Case.jpg\" \/>So now, there are no outstanding warrants against 21, but he still has to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2019\/02\/13\/21-savage-released-prison-ice-private-jet-flying-home\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>deal with deportation<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/person\/donald-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Donald Trump<\/strong><\/a>.
