\"australia\"R. Kelly<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s upcoming global concerts are still a go \u2014 even though he\u2019s currently tied up right now \u2014 and it doesn\u2019t sound like refunds will be issued until push comes to shove.<\/p>\n

Concerts Stuttgart \u2014 a promoter for a couple German concerts R. Kelly is supposed to perform at in April \u2014 sent an update to ticket holders Monday, saying they\u2019re holding off on selling more tickets, given R. Kelly\u2019s legal sitch here in the States.\u00a0<\/p>\n

CS goes on to say (in rough English translation) \u2026 \u201cAt the moment, and we also have to admit that, the chances of the tour are rather bad, yet we would like to wait for the outcome of the (case). It is also correct that Robert had to (surrender) his passport for now.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Even on the slim chance R. Kelly shows up to perform \u2014 the guy\u2019s still behind bars<\/strong><\/a> as of Monday afternoon \u2014 the group says it is not giving out refunds until they see how his case plays out.<\/p>\n

Interestingly enough, other promoters around the world that hired R. Kelly seem to be following the same plan. Sources tell us that shows in Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and the Netherlands that R. Kelly was booked to perform<\/strong><\/a> at this year have not been canceled \u2026 at least not yet.<\/p>\n

Too bad for R. Kelly, because our sources say he was set to make a stack of bills<\/strong><\/a> for the world tour. And, based on the fact he hasn\u2019t posted bail, he may need the dough.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
