Sources close to the singer tell TMZ \u2026 he believes it will be impossible for him to get a fair trial in the aftermath of Lifetime\u2019s docuseries, \u201cSurviving R. Kelly,\u201d and nonstop media coverage \u2014 especially in Chicago.<\/p>\n

As one source put it \u2026 \u201cThere isn\u2019t a person in Cook County who hasn\u2019t heard all the hateful things said about him.\u201d<\/p>\n

We\u2019re told R. Kelly believes \u2026 even if he presents evidence proving his innocence, the jury will still find him guilty. Our sources say he\u2019s moved on from panic attacks<\/a><\/strong> and has been in a depressed meltdown for days.<\/p>\n

As we reported \u2026 Cook County prosecutors\u00a0hit R. Kelly with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse<\/strong><\/a> Friday morning. There are a total of 4 alleged victims, 3 of whom were between the ages of 13 to 16.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"Attorney\"<\/p>\n

Attorney Michael Avenatti<\/strong><\/a> also\u00a0released images from the video<\/strong><\/a> he submitted to the State\u2019s Attorney, showing what appears to be R. Kelly. He says the video shows the singer having sex with a 14-year-old girl.<\/span><\/p>\n

Avenatti blasted R. Kelly\u2019s enablers as well \u2014 lawyers, agents, managers and others whom he says stood idly by as the singer sexually abused girls \u2014 and says he won\u2019t stop until they\u2019re all brought to justice.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
