Kelly in contempt earlier this month \u2014 according to docs obtained by TMZ \u2014 because he owes Drea Kelly<\/strong> $169,996 in support. The court says he was supposed to be paying her $20,833 per month as of January 2009 \u2014 but he\u2019s obviously fallen off schedule in the last year.<\/p>\n The court order states R. Kelly needs to pay up by March 6, or he\u2019ll be locked up in County Jail. Obviously, the singer may see that as a moot point \u2026 after he was hit with 10 counts<\/strong><\/a> of aggravated sexual abuse on Friday. As we reported, Kelly is expected to surrender Friday night.<\/p>\n Make no mistake, it\u2019s no longer just raining \u2026 it\u2019s an all out downpour in his world.<\/p>\n For what it\u2019s worth \u2026 he actually owes even more \u2014 $194,045.70.
