\"Albums\"R. Kelly<\/a><\/strong> is leaving the Chicago recording studio where he produced some of his biggest hits.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The singer\u2019s lawyers, Melvin Sims and Steven Greenberg, tell TMZ \u2026 Kelly is moving out because court-ordered restrictions made it impossible for him to keep his creative juices flowing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

As we\u2019ve reported \u2026 a judge limited the studio\u2019s working hours after city inspectors found tons of building code\u00a0violations<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kelly\u2019s people say he\u2019s struggling to adjust to the sweeping changes<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2014 especially cutting off his overnight access \u2014 so he\u2019s looking for a new place to record. They insist 24-hour access is the widely accepted industry standard, so his 9 PM curfew has impaired his \u201cmusical innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"Chicago\"<\/a>Kelly produced tons of hits in the studio, including \u201cIgnition,\u201d \u201cStep In The Name Of Love,\u201d and \u201cTrapped In The Closet\u201d \u2014 but it\u2019s also the place where he\u2019s allegedly held women against their will. The studio was featured in Lifetime\u2019s docuseries<\/strong><\/a>, \u201cSurviving R. Kelly.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
