\"DuaneTisha Campbell-Martin<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s estranged husband is vehemently denying allegations of abuse leveled by his ex \u2014 and furthermore, he\u2019s pointing out what he calls fishy timing.<\/p>\n

Duane Martin<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0filed new legal docs responding to Tisha\u2019s temporary restraining order which she got last month. Duane calls all of Tisha\u2019s claims of physical abuse \u201cfabricated\u201d and \u201cfalse.\u201d<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll recall \u2026 Tisha claims Duane once punched her in the chest<\/strong><\/a> with a closed fist, adding that he\u2019s allegedly abused her since the start of their marriage in \u201996.<\/p>\n

Besides issuing a blanket denial, he points out her abuse claims never surfaced even after Tisha filed for divorce<\/strong><\/a> in February 2018. He\u00a0says she\u2019s only coming out with these claims now to give her leverage in their pending custody case.<\/p>\n

\"Emir<\/a>As you might know \u2026 Tisha and Duane are in the middle of a bitter divorce, and\u00a0claims of bad parenting<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0have been fired off\u00a0by both sides<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the docs, Duane says Tisha has filed two police reports over the past year to claim past alleged abuse \u2014 but that she wasn\u2019t able to provide any real evidence, and that\u2019s why the L.A. City\u2019s Attorney\u2019s Office declined to file charges.<\/p>\n

Duane wants the restraining order\u00a0vacated,\u00a0because he says she\u2019s just made up a bogus story. Duane\u2019s attorney,\u00a0Michael Goldstein<\/strong>, tells TMZ \u2026 \u201cDuane has attempted to remain silent on this issue out of respect for his family and, most importantly, his children\u2019s well-being.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
