Old social housing in Levallois-Perret - Cognacq-Jay foundation

Built at beginning of the 20th century in 1905 on the order of Ernest Cognacq and Marie Louise Jay, co-founder of the Samaritaine department store in Paris. At the origin these social buildings were meant to house the Samaritaine employees.
