The singer and actress is now living in the $18 million property she purchased in March 2025, according to a PEOPLE report citing the Daily Mail. The move gives Lopez a separate Los Angeles base after a long stretch of headlines tied to the Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with Affleck.
Lopez appeared to show parts of the property in a Memorial Day Instagram post, including a backyard pool, outdoor entertaining areas, and a pink-and-white setup. PEOPLE reported that a source described the home as her “Barbie Dreamhouse.”

Lopez bought the property after her divorce from Affleck was finalized on Jan. 6, 2025, according to PEOPLE. The outlet reported that she had been quietly looking for a new home since spring 2024, around the same time listed as the couple’s separation date in her divorce filing.
The Memorial Day photos also showed Lopez spending time with her 18-year-old twins, Max and Emme, whom she shares with Marc Anthony. That detail kept the update focused on family and home life rather than another round of divorce timeline drama.
