In business, errors are often associated with failure, misunderstanding, and poor performance, but there is another approach. We can only make mistakes if we try. Comfortable Zone
It’s all about pushing our limits, but I think we can only develop by maneuvering at the edge of our comfort zone. If we look at this unknown area with enthusiasm, not with fear, it will be less frightening to push our limits and accept that we will definitely make mistakes.
Be brave without knowing everything!
Consider only initiatives where the half-finished idea / prototype was vividly tested and developed during the lessons learned. In turn, many people wait until everything is perfect to implement their ideas: time, space, ideas, text, and many pieces of the puzzle. Still, this will not happen, and valuable time and lessons can be wasted over time, until it is shown to the public for recovery.
Instead of avoiding failure, we re-frame errors as an important learning opportunity!
How do you see the new areas where you will have to deal with the potential of error?
If we dare to make mistakes, we also accept our weakness, but this is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of courage and self-acceptance. You can also set an example for others that show that we are just people who make mistakes.
If we make a mistake, it means that we have the opportunity to learn something again! We only see in which areas we need to develop with our mistakes and in which areas we need to invest more energy.
