Trump Fires Back After Bruce Springsteen Slams Him During Show
Donald Trump is hurling insults at Bruce Springsteen … after the music legend ripped him to shreds on stage.
On Tuesday — during the opening night of his “Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour” in Minneapolis — The Boss kicked off the concert by calling Trump’s White House a “corrupt, incompetent, racist, reckless and treasonous administration.”
He urged the audience to choose “hope over fear, democracy over authoritarianism, the rule of law over lawlessness, ethics over unbridled corruption, resistance over complacency, unity over division and peace over war.”
Bruce sang the last word of the speech … transitioning right into a cover of Edwin Starr‘s famous protest song, “War.” He followed the anti-war anthem with his hit “Born in the U.S.A.” during the live-streamed opening segment of the show.
According to Variety, Springsteen slammed Trump directly later on in the set, saying … “You want to talk about snowflakes? We have a president who can’t handle the truth.”
He also reportedly tore into DT for making himself rich “while working Americans struggle.”
Trump shot back at the rock icon in an unhinged Truth Social post, calling him a “total loser,” as well as a “bad” and “very boring” singer.
He continued to say Bruce “looks like a dried up prune” and has “a horrible and incurable case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.”
Trump and The Boss have been beefing for a while — this isn’t even the first time he’s called Bruce a “prune” — and now Donald is urging his fans to boycott.
